Welcome! We appreciate your willingness to apply as a CEO presenter of a software/digital media company seeking capital for the Ingenuity 2010 conference in NYC. We are focusing on 2 types of companies for this program. Details on our selection criteria for early stage and late stage companies can be found below.

Important Dates/Deadlines

– Application Deadline: Wednesday September 8, 2010

– Coaching seminar/VC networking event (if you are selected to present): Tuesday September 21, 2010. 6:00pm (location to be announced).

– Ingenuity Conference: October 7, 2010, 8:45 am to 5 pm

Selection Criteria for Presenters

Early Stage

- Criteria: In addition to the geographic (NY/NJ/CT) and sector criteria (software or new media, broadly defined), we are seeking early stage companies that are post-product, have some initial consumer adoption or customers/initial revenue – and have raised $5M or less, ideally $2M or less.
-The Early Stage Track is seeking to showcase venture-grade prospects that have not yet raised a true “Series A.”

Later Stage Growth Companies

- Criteria: In addition to the geographic (NY/NJ/CT) and sector criteria (software or new media, broadly defined), we are generally seeking companies that are $15M+ in run-rate revenue, and growing quickly.
- The Later Stage Growth Track is intended to showcase companies that represent prospects for growth equity and later stage investors.
