Nick Hailey is an Originations Professional at Victory Park. Mr. Hailey has over 15 years of experience as a strategic advisor, M&A specialist and technology industry business executive. He was formerly the head of the New York office of Revolution Partners, the Technology Investment Banking Division of Morgan Keegan. Prior to joining Revolution Partners, Mr. Hailey was an Associate Director at UBS Investment Bank in the Technology Mergers & Acquisitions Group. Before UBS, Mr. Hailey ran the Software Architecture Group at Orbit Commerce, Inc., an eCommerce Software company. Mr. Hailey also served as a technology consultant in Accenture’s Chicago office where he focused on implementing eCommerce systems, internet-based applications, and Artificial Intelligence solutions. Mr. Hailey received an MBA from the University of Michigan, Ross School of Business and graduated from Kenyon College with a degree in Biochemistry.
